Has my order shipped?

To check your Order Status, click the "My Account / Order Status"

How do I track my order?

To track your order, click the "Order Tracking". Enter your email address in addition to your order number, and click Submit.

My order never arrived.

Click the "Order Tracking" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

Track your order via the above stated method to confirm that all of the items purchased have shipped. If tracking information is available for every item, track the shipments to see where the items are in transit. If the tracking information reflects that the items have been delivered, contact Customer Service for additional assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Customer Service will contact you if an item you purchased is out of stock. You will be provided with similar alternatives or the option of putting the item on backorder. If you choose the latter, Customer Service will provide you with the Estimated Time of Arrival of the new shipment for that product.

PRICING AND BILLING

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales Tax regulations vary by the location of residence (billing address). We may or may not charge a sales tax for an order; however you may still be liable to declare and pay that tax separately.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Copies of receipts and invoices can be obtained via the "My Account / Order Status" link.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credit processing time is between 7-10 Business Days from the time the item is received.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit card charges will appear within 24- 72 Business Hours of the order being placed.

How do I create an account or edit my account information?

Creating an account and/or editing your order can be accessed via the "My Account / Order Status"link. Simply follow the prompts for Account Setup. The information you input into our website is never sold nor shared with other companies. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How much is my shipping?

Live Shipping Rates are calculated according to the item(s) purchased, destination location, and chosen shipping method. This rate is generated from the order information at the time of Checkout.

I forgot my password.

Forgotten password are unable to be retrieved, however a new password will be generated in its place. Input the email address on your account via the “Forgot Your Password” link on the Login/My Account page. The password reset instructions will be sent to you via email.

How do I return a product?

Prior to requesting Return Authorization, please reference our Return Policy for complete details regarding our terms and conditions for returning an item. Please then proceed to contact Customer Service via phone or email for further assistance.

I received the wrong product.

Please contact Customer Service immediately if you believe that your item was received in error. We will gladly resolve the issue for you and promptly correct the error.

When will my order ship?

Upon placing an order, processing time usually take s around 48 hours. A tracking notification will be sent via email; however you can also check your order status via "My Orders". A tracking number will be provided that will allow you to track your order from shipment to delivery.

When filling out the address information, if your country is not listed among the others in the dropdown; then unfortunately we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
